Our Government is committed to addressing workplace violence and harassment. In 2016, the Government of Canada consulted Canadians across the country to learn how the treatment of workplace violence and harassment could be strengthened. In November 2017, we introduced Bill C-65, and Act to amend the Canada Labour Code with regards to harassment and violence. Now, our Government is asking for feedback on the proposed regulatory amendments in Bill C-65.
